Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair, wigs, bundles,closures,frontals, or custom units once the order has been placed. 

Please be sure to review all product descriptions, lengths, textures, and photos carefully before purchasing, If you have questions, contact us prior to placing your order.

EXCEPTIONS 

Refunds will only be considered in the rare case that:

You received the wrong item, or

Your item arrives damaged or defective

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos and/video of the issue

Original packaging

 

Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. Items that have been worn, altered, installed, cut, colored, or tampered with are not eligible under any circumstance.

 

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree to our refund policy. Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after an order has been marked as delivered will be contested with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery, order confirmation, communication records, and this stated policy.

Customers who file unauthorized chargebacks will be restricted from making future purchases .
