Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time. Please allow 7-10 days shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If your package is marked as delivered  but you did not receive it, you must contact carrier directly to file a claim.
